The court, in its ruling, mandated that Kizz Daniel pay $200,000 as damages to the organizers of the event, which was said to have been planned in Germany.

Further details from Cutie Juls indicate that Kizz Daniel’s personal and business bank accounts were reportedly frozen as part of the enforcement of the judgment. This legal decision stems from the singer’s alleged failure to refund payment after collecting half of his agreed performance fee.
It was reported that Kizz Daniel had charged $100,000 for the event. The organizers made an upfront payment of $50,000 as commitment, but the singer failed to appear at the event. After the show, the organizers reportedly reached out to him, and he promised to return the funds, but no refund was made.
