"Stop the rants" – Blessing CEO blasts Phyna for acting like a tout
Posted by badgeBusayo on 0

Phyna, winner of the BBNaija Level Up season, has once again found herself at the center of public attention, this time for reasons far beyond reality TV drama. The star has been grieving the painful loss of her younger sister, Ruth Otabor, who tragically lost her life after being struck by a truck reportedly belonging to the Dangote Group. The heartbreaking incident has left Phyna devastated, and in her quest for justice, she has taken to social media to air her grievances, calling out Dangote and accusing the company of allegedly deceiving her family instead of providing the justice and compensation they deserve.

Her series of posts and videos demanding accountability has triggered a storm of reactions online. While many Nigerians have empathized with Phyna, offering words of comfort and support, others believe her methods could be doing more harm than good. Among those critics is controversial relationship therapist and social commentator, Blessing CEO, who decided to weigh in on the matter with a blunt and strongly worded message to Phyna.

Blessing CEO did not mince words as she directly addressed Phyna’s outbursts. According to her, Phyna is weakening what could have been a very solid case by consistently ranting online instead of taking the matter through the proper legal channels. She insisted that emotional outbursts and public drama would not stand against a giant corporation like Dangote. In her statement, Blessing advised Phyna to engage the services of a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) who could give her the legal backing she needs rather than trying to fight the battle on social media.

“Phyna, I keep seeing you all over my timeline. By now, I expected you to have gotten a SAN. You need to put yourself together so that people can take you seriously. This case is already looking like a joke. There are better ways you can go about this issue. You don’t use gra gra to get compensation. This is the time to get a good lawyer for you,” Blessing CEO stated firmly in her video message.

Her comments sparked immediate debate across social media. Supporters of Blessing CEO argued that her advice, though harshly delivered, was practical. They reasoned that facing a powerful corporation such as Dangote requires legal expertise, not online rants, and that hiring a top lawyer would give Phyna’s family a real chance at justice. On the other hand, many felt that Blessing’s words were too insensitive, especially given that Phyna is still mourning her sister. Critics accused her of lacking compassion, saying Phyna’s emotional outbursts are an understandable reaction to the trauma of losing a loved one in such a tragic way.

At the moment, Nigerians remain divided. Some are urging Phyna to heed Blessing’s advice and move the case from social media to the courtroom, while others believe she should be allowed to grieve and express her pain however she chooses. Regardless of public opinion, one fact remains clear: all eyes are now fixed on Phyna as she decides her next move. Will she continue pressing her demands online, or will she assemble a strong legal team to confront one of Nigeria’s most powerful companies in court?
